I would LOVE to purchase the combination of all three but am having a horrible time finding it available anywhere in the US.  I see that I can purchase from a UK location but it may take 3-6 weeks to arrive.  I wonder if these items will be on sale at the concerts as well?  If so, I will just wait and plan on buying it ...
