  • Re: Live cd's or DVD

Good news, I think there is some hope there that they didn't have the cameras for Nottingham and Manchester - both huge arenas. You would think that if they decided screens were needed they would have arranged for all 3 x nights to have the option. Considering the light show and the above lets hope they feel there is a market out there for ...

The cameras were there last night at the O2. This could be for the screens used but may also (hopefully) be for a live DVD/Blu Ray release.

Many thanks for this - seen them 3 times already this year and it will seem strange to have the big arena light show for the O2 tomorrow and looking forward to it. Really surprised that there were no screens though - can't imagine they would do the O2 or Manchester without them. Those at the back will have a very distant view. Fingers ...

Sounds good - looking forward to the O2 tomorrow. Can anyone who went say if they were filming the event - either for the screens (if they had them) for the show or, hopefully, for a live DVD/Blu Ray. Really hoping they film the O2 tomorrow night for a release.

Would love to see one too - hoping that they take the opportunity to film the O2 show as this must be one of the best opportunities.

  • Re: End of tour in East Sussex ?

Wow, takes me back - I was at Brighton Centre for The Police in 91. Think it was around Christmas time? First live show was Brighton Centre with Queen in 77/78 or thereabouts for the Live Killers tour. My (young!) ears were still ringing days later! Back to the original question how come Keane have never played Battle Abbey? I had the ...

Totally agree - a great show but the sound was terrible. We were right at the front and the sound was muffled and made worse by the terrible acoustics of the big tent. It sounded as if the whole crowd were talking loudly during the quiet bits! Ears ringing after too! Otherwise it was a great set and looked like the band were enjoying ...
