That's what happened to me, then when I tried just now, it worked! Everything looks ok on the tracking pay and the money is definitely in transaction at the bank. If I don't get an email tomorrow I will give them a ring. Christ I'd hate to see them handling tickets for a festival or something!

Help! Still have no confirmation for Edinburgh so went to track the order and they are saying that the account I set up this morning doesn't exist even though I took a print screen of the order and it not only clearly shows the email address and order number, it also says paid.

I agree that there are some surprising venues on this tour, not least passing up the SECC (thank god) for the Usher Hall in Edinburgh (far superior venue but less than half capacity) and they seem to be touring the south coast quite heavily this album.
