  • Re: A-ha

They probably will target the 2,000 - 3,000 seat venues in North America. That's my gut feeling anyway.. Hopefully they'll go with the older music venues like Keane did last tour that have great acoustics. I can't believe it.. one week from tonight I'll be at the O2 in London seeing a-ha (properly) live for the first time since ...

[quote user="pranavc"]   Morten Harket is a shining example of the truth that god does not love all men equally. I think it is unfair that he does not age at all while all us other "mere mortals" have to be victims of the inevitable aging process. My mother is convinced the guy has had surgery done to look younger. I ...

[quote user="Siddles"]Heard what before in the early/mid '90s? They never officially split up that time: it was always their intention to reunite as a band eventually, and they did (in 1998). This time it's different. I'm totally in shock. Combining a-ha with their separate projects seemed to be working well for them, so I ...

After getting over the cynicism of the announcement (heard it before in the early/mid 90's) and listening to Foot of The Mountain again - I truly am saddened by the news that A-ha will be disbanding in 2010. I think they've wanted to end their time as a band for awhile but haven't been completely happy until now with their most recent ...

  • Re: "Secret Show" @ the Knitting Factory in NYC tommorrow? Anyone hear about this?

I'm just surprised MartiniBoys would publish something blatently wrong. They are fairly well known as a good resource for what's HOT in the city at least in Toronto & NYC. I asked them about their sources for this concert via Twitter and haven't heard back. It's now 12:30pm, and no other information has been published online ...
