    EDIT: I apologize for neglecting this thread, but it appears that SarahV is taking up the letters right now and *edit* Rose will be presenting the KAP to Keane at one of the gigs (Cleveland gig?).  Please read below for deadlines and where to submit your letters and photo

     


    • E-mail your letters and photos to SarahV at  keaneap4@live.com

    • Quoted from one of her posts:  “Write up about 1 page for TTRJ, stuff about you, how their music affects you, etc... be creative!! Also attach a picture of yourself if you'd like.”

    • Deadline is May 1st   

    • Rosemarie will be presenting the KAPIV to Keane at the Cleveland gig.

    Of course you're not stupid!! I wasn't here for it either, but I found the explanation on the thread about the third project:

    It's been almost two years since the last KAP so I think we need one for UTIS!

    Brief history: In 2005, KarissaEB and I came up with the idea to compile apprecation letters from fans to give to the band. The first KAP was put together by me and was handed to Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol at Coachella who then gave it to Keane backstage. The KAP II was given to Richard by Karissa in St. Louis.
    Here is what Tim commented on the board:

    So your letters DO make a difference.

    It's the same as before, anyone can turn in a letter which I will put in a notebook and hand to the band at the next LA show (5/11). This is a great opportunity for people who aren't able to see TTR live. The letters can range from your simple appreciation to poems and drawings.

    Here is what I need:
    1. Your name, forum name, and birthday (if you like)
    2. One Picture (of anything, preferably you)
    3. And your letter attached in a Word Document.
    4. Email them to keaneap@gmail.com as well as yourself to make sure your email was sent. I will also confirm the ones I have recieved.

    The order in which I recieve them is the order in which they will be posted in the notebook so hurry to get your letters in! Very Happy

    Um, quick question: in anyone actually in charge of collecting them? Or setting up an e-mail address? And who's going to give it to the band?

    I can help with behind-the-scenes stuff, as I'm not going to any of the gigs.
