Come on lads, you must be reading these comments. Can't you make some comment yourselves. As minerva777 has said, it is only £5, but they do add up. I'm not usually one to get "hett" up about things but this whole situation is starting to make me lose faith! How do I get my money back?

It's now 8 months since I ordered this. Ok it's "only" £5, but with the numbers no doubt concerned, that represents a lot of money.Thank you Kerry for all you are doing in chasing this up, but I don't think you should be having to do it.

What we need is the download nicely in our inbox and a fulsome apology from the top!

Let's face it we won't get any live digital album. They are not able to sort this out.

I think it's safe to say a class action in small-claims court (if such a thing is possible) is the only way we'll ever see our money back.

Well OT but I didnt, I was using Safari browser and it doesnt support the *enhanced* options

I think its funny how Keane say on stage that they'd be nothing without their fans and yet, they simply cant deliver on something they have promised.

I know this isnt Keane's FAULT.. but it is their responsibility, unless they are just complete corporate tools, who arent original and are puppets.

The three of them could and SHOULD do something, the fact that its probably seen as.. well its only five pounds, is utter rubbish... to me when i buy a Keane product, i am buying something which is approved by them, and if it isnt, then we should know what products they are involved in and which products are third party and though they have the Keane name, Keane are not directly involved in.

This could be done so simply, put it up on itunes, and have a code for those who need to download it for free, and do that.. time consuming probably, but come on!

Hi there. I like you and countless others paid for, but am yet to receive, the Live Digital Album and fear that our £5 may well have disappeared for good. However, help is at hand. I did this a few weeks back in what i thought would be a futile search for the album but my search proved very worthwhile and could for you if you are patient. Go to www. aimini.net. When you have you have to register, which is free and set up a password and user name. Once you have done that they send you an email with a link back to their site and a prompt to put your username and password in. All you have to do then is type Keane into the search box and when the results come up go to page 2 or 3 and the whole European tour download is there to listen too and download individually. However it does not conteain the 3 tracks recorded in the UK but hey, small mercies and the recordings are excellant. Give it a try, you wont be dissappointed. Hi again, just to clarify, when the tracks appear individually you have to click on each track to play it, only when you have done this does it say free download with the name of the track you have highlighted.

I quite agree. We've waited long enough for this.  Considering that Coldplay have given out a FREE live download album, the least Keane can do is give this top priority.

Didn't they use the word "imminently" in the last December? Oh, I didn't know "imminently" means more than 6 months.

They just can't confirm all the data of payment due to crappy Trinity, can they? I guess it's the reason why the management is not able to approve.
