Then that means we didn't need to e-mail them first place as they asked us. It was really strange and stupid that they asked us to notify them for pending orders, it's their job to sort out the problem by themselves. It just proved their incompetence. Shame on you, It's not the right way to treat a customer.

I have e-mailed them now, just in case Trinity didn't pass any orders on and so that if it ever does become available I stand a chance of getting it.  I got the standard automated acknowledgement.  Just have to carry on waiting I suppose.

No, and Kerry did say they were having contractual issues and so on.

 Alright... I was hoping for a version of The River/YHTMA but I had no high hopes for it as there was already a version of YHTMA on the old 10 tracks. Can't wait now though, LSS is one of my fav live tracks!

Finally! Thanks Kerry for chasing this for us all. Just started listening, definitely worth the (very long) wait.

Oh, and I appreciated that they'd addressed the email with my name rather than 'dear keane fan'. Not very difficult to do I know, but it did make me feel slightly less annoyed about waiting so long.

Glad to have finally received it, though had my fingers crossed tight for Glasgow (or any!) versions of Snowed Under/Early Winter. Maybe a bonus later? Seems such a shame not to have them released when they must have been recorded and were so good. Looking forward to the download completing and giving it a good listen though!
