Its seriously not through want of trying, I've persisted on behalf of many fans. I don't know where else to take this for people tbh.

 

Just being curious....what does that involve and is there more we can do ourselves? Are you in contact with the people who are now responsible? If so, could you pass on their contact information to us and we can then try individually? Also, have you actually been getting some sort of response from them? If so what have they been saying? Do you have a line of communication to the Band and their Management.....if so could you give them an update to tell them that they have loads of unsatisfied 'digital album' fans? Although they are not directly responsible I am sure they would want to know.

How about we take this to our local Trading Standards and/or BBC Watchdog? Things might start moving then, or at least certain people might take more of an active interest especially if some unwanted bad publicity is involved.

I have re-emailed today asking why this is still not sorted, and how some have recieved there albums/orders while others are still waiting. I have also passed on your feelings/thoughts on maybe taking this further.

Any responses I get I have always passed on, and posted it here on the forum. Unfortunatley I can't pass on their details to you, but I have passed on your details where required.

I think these are fair questions.

I'm not protecting them at all, I have been asked not to pass on there personal contact details so with respect I wouldnt do it, I assume you can see i'm in the middle here?. All I can do is pass on your issues which I have done.

I'm just speculating here regards who is responsible for the delivery (or not!) of the album since Trinity went bust - but it obviously was Trinity that held all of the details and took the money. I can only assume here that those who did not recieve the album since there have been issues with tracing your orders, but why on earth noone has attempted to email/contact you is just plain ignorance. This isn't Keane's direct people its the Label which in lots of respects is a different entity!

 Hi Naily......nope I haven't received my album yet but it would help me a bit to know what I am looking for as I am also checking my Junk mail. Nothing stands out as Keane digital Live album link or anything of the nature.

I understand you're in the middle with them but I do think you should make it very clear to them that if they do not get this sorted very quickly that agreement will no longer be honoured as they are not deserving of this protection.

I'd also be more than slightly annoyed with them that they are putting me in this very awkward position with disgruntled fans when they are doing very little to sort the problem out. They really don't deserve it.

The email response you posted does sound positive though but I'd guess you've possibly read that sort of thing before? Anyway let me know if they need anything else from me...fingers crossed this time.

 A couple of weeks further down the line.....Naily can you give us an update please? You sounded pretty positive that they would get this sorted out for us all... but it has gone a bit quiet. Have they given you an indication on how long / what's happening etc ?
