I didn't see this anywhere, so apologies if it's a repeat. (Mods: if it is a repeat, can you please either delete this thread or merge it with the proper one? Thanks!)
I'm trying to put together a list of songs that were played before the live shows this tour.
Off the top of my head, I remember:
"When Doves Cry" - Prince
"Why (12" Mix)" - Carly Simon
"Hang Me Up to Dry" - Cold War Kids
"That's Not My Name" - Ting Tings
ETA: "Modern Love" by David Bowie
"Handle Me" by Robyn
"Once in a Lifetime" by Talking Heads
"Paper Planes" by M.I.A.
I think I also heard "Kids" by MGMT, but I could be wrong. - CONFIRMED.
Can anyone help?
ETA again: I blame Tom for buying a Robyn CD. Half of it was palatable Eurodance, the rest was awful.

I remember Love Lock Down by Kanye West, in fact it is the only one I remember while waiting for Keane, they also showed the video, I dont think anyone has said this one yet

In Portland "Golden Skans" from the Klaxons was played, but I am positive that was not played in Seattle.

Oooh Thanks so much! They played "Golden Skans" back in June at the Cologne gig where I was too. But I didn't know the title or artist of this song. Now I do!! Thanks Left coast! I've been looking for this!

During the N. America part of the tour I remember them playing 'Jesus Walks' by Kanye West in both Denver and Salt Lake City...

One was definitely "Baby Missiles" by The War on Drugs. I know Tim's said that's a recent favorite of his.

But 'Baby Missiles' plays when they're up on the stage. Before, when we're waiting for Keane, many songs are played and it's always the same sequence.

and I remember a Helio Sequence song too but I can't remember which one, I think it was You Can't Say No
