Thanks everybody for all your birthday greetings !!
I've had a relatively quiet day - been practising my shooting (don't worry!! - at targets using an airpistol for a modern triathlon competition in 2 weeks!), followed by shopping , listening to Keane in the car at full blast and singing along ( 2004 paradisio gig in Amsterdam - thanks Kaz!) and this evening I've had fish and chips (with mushy peas of course!) while watching X factor - Keane again as sung by Stacey (I thought she did quite a good version of SOWK ) - all on my own - BLISS!

Re posting photos, I'll have to write an idiots guide the instructions for you. Just going to catch up on the goss re 'that' thread closing, I've just got home from the Festival of Rememerance in Cardiff.
