Sooo... we all know that Lady Gaga is kinda crazy, but she is actually a really cool musician when you get to know more about her. Did anyone know that she writes all her own music and has accoustic versions of her songs that sound nothing like the album versions. She even plays the CP70 in the Cherry Tree Sessions!

Oh! I like her...yeah, she may look crazy! But I think she got great talent, and her mind is full of fresh, new, great ideas! That's why I admire her a lot! And I want to see her playing CP70 but I can't open youtube.com...what a pity.

At first I used to think she was a weirdo, but after takiing a better ''look'' at her and watching a live performance I changed my mind. I wouldn't say that I'm a die-hard fan, but I like what she's doing. Plus, she can carry a tune and I like it when she slightly changes the melodies of her song in her lives. And of course I've liked her a lot more since she performed with the Pet Shop Boys at the Brit Awards!

I've seen her at a festival, and she was great at creating a show. People around me was laughing at her costume, but they enjoyed it and the atmosphere was better than Keane who performed earlier at the same stage. She's not my liking, though.

not in pop music it isn't. Pop artists lip sync a LOT! look at Britney, Christina, Madonna, Cher (not sure about Cher) Jessica Simpson, Ashlee Simpson... etc etc..

Yes, I've seen some lives of theirs on TV. They only used some recorded vocals during heavy dance numbers though, that's true, but they weren't used throughout the whole gig.

Both the video for Bad Romance and the song itself are awesome  

 Yes, I like Lady Gaga. The amount of breath and energy it takes to sing and dance at the same time (you guys need to try it!). And plus she is at least branching out from modern music. I'm not a fan of her lyrics, but she's got a good rythm.

And about the drugs... well... I don't know.

I find her music very pop (in a good way!), but am sick of seeing the likes of her, Beyonce, Rhianna, Madonna and Britney competing to be sexier (or uglier).

That doesn't necessarily mean they are good, especially Madonna. She has been singing for more than 20 years, but she's still not good at singing. I hope she works on singing more than dancing, or doing yoga or something. (but she is not a singer, but a pop star, is she.)

^^^I agree with what you say about Madonna, Satomi. I didn't mean that they are necessarily good. Madonna's voice is just good imo. There are other singers who can sing way better than her (like Christina, her voice is really unique). Madonna has come to be considered a good show woman, not actually a singer.
