The thing I love the most about keane is that you can't stop listning to there music.... it never gets bored!!

YEAHHH!!!.When I discovered Keane I listened to their music all the time and still do the funny thing is that I didn't want to listen to any bad other than keane I was scared or I dunno what happened to me but clearly Keane has affected me in so many ways. Other thing I love about Keane is the charisma they have. They're all funny , nice people and well I love watching their videos and Tom's doc in LA made me laugh big time.I always watch them when I need cheering up. '

If I had to choose it would be: their lyrics and Tom's voice. That's what makes them different from the others in my opinion.

Well, they're talented and though I've only heard them live twice, they've always been spot-on and they blow many other bands out of the water. I love their energy and enthusiasm for what they do, but also that they are able to pull back and have private lives to stay grounded. I love that they are like brothers--there is a deep bond there that keeps them going, and I'm sure that bond has helped them through many a "Day 25 on this bus with you stinky, nasty lot" feelings!!

Plus their music is easy to love, the lyrics are meaningful to me, and the three I've met in person (Tim, Richard, Jesse--official as of TODAY!!) were all absolutely lovely to all the fans they encountered. They haven't forgotten who butters their bread!

Music comes first (and probably only thing), and I couldn't care less how they look or any sort. Yes they prefer to keep their private lives "private", then some are weak and can't resist to droll over their personal pics and information. What a shame.

^ Obviously the music comes first for me as this is what originally turned me on to Keane.  But then in conjunction with this, is also Tom's amazing vocals which are so seductive & captivating to me.  As time has gone by I have become interested in the men behind the music & how they have developed & grown into the band that I love today.  I have to say that I was a massive fan before, but then when I went to see them live, their shows are so mind-blowing & awesome to me, that I have gone completely off the scale!  I also enjoy pics of the guys too as I think they are so charismatic & Tom especially makes me swoon! 

Oh, when I said "music" in the post, I referred to everything that associates with music, including TC's vocal and the live performance. Meant to say I couldn't care less about other things which are not music-related.

^Yeah Satomi, I think it's good to have a mix of fan types & their opinions.  But I'm pretty sure what we all have in common is that we love Keane's music!

Hi, I'm new to the forum and have only recently discovered Keane.  I've spent the last 2 weeks pouring over the internet watching videos, interviews, etc. and I am completely and utterly hooked.  They are incredible. Their music moves me like none other. I purchased their live DVD from the O2 and it BLEW me away!! The talent of these men!!  I've been to alot of concerts and I've never seen anyone so fantastic live.  Tom's vocals are phenomenal....just no words....he even brought me to tears a couple of times! (and yes, he makes me swoon, too! )  I also love how they seem so down to earth, humble and appreciative. Just really nice guys.  I'm planning to see them for the first time in Milwaukee in June.  Sooooo excited.  To make a long story short...I love EVERYTHING about them!!!
