1. Sara Bareilles - Love on the Rocks:  It's fun and quirky and I love the vocal range.  Sara really shows off her talents in this song, imo.  Plus it's uber fun to sing to! (It's been on repeat for like the past month...)

2. Jeff Buckley - Lover, You Should've Come Over: An oldie but a goodie. Jeff has been hogging my ipod as of late. 

3.  Florence and the Machine - What the Water Gave Me: She's nothing less than amazing and I love her expression in this song.  The video is awesome too.

4.  Carole King - Smackwater Jack:   She too has been hogging my ipod.  Just a fun piece.  Takes me back to another time. And reminds me of Jim Croce. 

5.  Jotta A. - Agnus Dei:  Was searching the net one night for new music and this popped on and was like a huge happy smack in the face. :) This kid is A-MAZING.  He's only 10 and lives in Brazil, but I can't help but think he would be Michael Jackson's successor.   Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6cDQcLkprk

I don't have anything to post, though. I'll have to think about it.

These are my 5. Don't expect poetic reviews, or anything musically correct or descriptive, it's literally just how they make me feel. And surely thats the point of music?! Anyway, enjoy. 

 1. Bigger Than Us- The White Lies

First song I've ever heard from them, and I really like it, might check out their other work. Powerful song. And the music video is pretty weird/awesome. If you don't really get what its going on about, look on something like song meanings and strangely it makes quite a bit of sense!

2. Moves Like Jagger- Maroon 5

A right laugh of a song, just makes me happy! Catchy, I can see myself still whistling along in a few years.

3. Everything Is Beautiful- Kylie

Guess how I got into this one...Still, I love it in its own right, not just because TR-O wrote it.

4. Norgaard- The Vaccines

A really good couples of minutes of real intense music, just exciting for me really. Please listen to the rest of the album, you won't regret it. If you don't like it first time round, give it another go. Then another if you don't like it then.

5. Just Me Before We Met- Noah and the Whale

Love everything about this song. Love the whole album really, but I had to choose one so here it is. Starts off quieter, builds up a lot at the end, has a great effect and feels really powerful, sort of captured me within the song.
