I assume "UK Deluxe 2" is the version with the CD/DVD/Book that I want.  Anyone confirm?

I also do not see the Vinyl version on US Amazon yet.

 Yes, I am shocked to find  that there is a difference between USA and British releases.  I  mean really now!!!

We still have no  idea which one is which, or which one is better 

 Does anyone know the cheapest way to get the book+CD+dvd in Canada? For the album, I'd just buy it normally for $10-13 on release day from HMV or Best Buy or FS but this one's a bit different cos of the 3 versions. I'm assuming the CD included in the box set will be the same as the normal CD (maybe with the 4 bonus songs being the difference)?

 So far, the cheapest place I've found is amazon.ca. It's $50 or more everywhere else. Maybe Walmart will have it for less, it's still $37 at Amazon Canada lol so would love a place under $30, don't like paying that much for a book and DVD you'll usually never look at (but wanna have cos you're a fan  ).

What, I thought the CD/DVD/book was a keanemusic.com exclusive!  I just ordered it a couple of days ago and after the exchange rate and shipping it came out to $54.  It looks like it's too late to cancel the order, which is a shame because I have an amazon gift card.  I think your best bet is amazon and shipping is free too.  I can't imagine HMV selling it for less than amazon's price and Best Buy and Future Shop's CD section has been shrinking the past few years so they might not even carry the box set.  You're right, it's a lot of money and I have to admit that I hesitated before clicking the purchase now icon because I'll probably only watch the DVD and flip through the book once.

 I'm still awaiting the DVD/book/CD from amazon.ca. I pre-ordered it and now it says in stock but delivery date estimate June 9th and it hasn't shipped yet.

On the Amazon American site under the album, it says the following:
