Hi Can anyone help me please!!!  Its driving me mad!!  I can't send pm's or receive them!  I press 'compose' and click to add recipient, but  then I'm not allowed to type anything!  I have also tried to pm via a persons post, but it switches over to 'adding a post', and the person doesn't get the pm! I have then also tried contacting a person via their post by email, but I am not convinced they are receiving that either!

You need to click on their username to bring up their profile then select 'Send xxx a private message' from the box that appears beside it.Proceed as if you were making a new thread.  When they reply you can continue the discussion as if it were a normal thread. I'll send you a PM now just to make you're receiving them; check your in-box in a minute.  If not then you can ask the mods to investigate any technical glitches.

Thank you justanotherdawn,  I didn't receive your pm, and I tried again following your instructions to send a pm, but the message would not go.  I appreciate you trying to help, thank you for that.  I now know  that there must be a technical problem with this. I had just been blaming myself!!!!!

That's annoying for you. For information, to anyone investigating this for you, the unanswered message is safely in my list of PMs, ie it didn't go to moderation or anything.

 Argh how annoying, I really dislike this forum, there's always something not working.. =/ We'll bring this to Keane's technical staff's attention if needed, hopefully they know how to fix this asap. Do you know if sending an email works? Have you tried yet?
