Loading Difficulties!

Is anyone else having trouble getting the thread's and smiley's to load up? I'm not sure if it is my netbook or not? Every time i try to reply to a post it takes ages to come up. Any advice would be great, thanks!

I am having trouble editing my profile. I hit save and then it says can take 10 mins to update but still nothing.
