I would love to see them playing Blue Jean from David Bowie, Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses from U2, The Long And Winding Road  from The Beatles and Logical Song from Supertramp.

I like that song and I agree it could be a cool one for Keane to cover.  I'd also like to hear them do "Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology)" or maybe "What's Going On" by Marvin Gaye.

 I'd love if they did a cover of 'Hold the line' by TOTO, you know, with Tom in the guitar, Jesse with a bass arrengement, Richard of course in the drums (hitting and hittin 'em) and Tim playing the piano. It just fits!

I was listening to the That's All cover yesterday, and I thought how much I'd like to hear them cover Follow You, Follow Me as well.

I would very much like to hear Come On, Eilleen by Dexy's Midnight Runners. Everytime I hear that song, I think of Tom's voice, I don't know why, though. Or something by the Dave Matthews band would be cool, too.

Now that my mind is back on a-ha for just a minute I got reminded of my holidays listening to my favourites bands again (believe it or not, I rarely listen to Keane and A-ha anymore!)

While driving in the car and listening to this one a few times it dawned on me what an amazingly complex song Memorial Beach is. It's simple if you first listen to it, but if you listen closely and take it apart it has just the right amount of everything that the guys could handle: whispering drums, elegant piano, an amaaaazing bass, synths, a bluesy electric guitar wandering through the entire song. And let's not forget the vocals, it would fit Tom's voice like a glove. It's not just because it's a-ha, this would really be an awesome addition to their cover collection because it's totally different to what they've done so far, yet it's right up their alley, IMHO.

Anyway, long story short.. I would LOVE to hear a Keane rendition of this song.
(It's hard to find online, there's this tho. The only alternative is a Baywatch fragment.. how corny eh? )
