It's not really really over! Just found this advert from a spanish beer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_XsbIdIigk Keane will be in Barcelona on th 27th of October and in Bilbao on the 29th. It's  600 people in each gig. It's a contest from this beer http://www.sanmiguel.es/

It's only by contest and it's only available for the Spanish as to enter the contest you have to buy beer of that brand that only sells on spanish bares in order to use the pincode and introduce it on the website.

It's like a secret gig.

 Exciting news about a new release:

We're very pleased to announce the full international release of a 2CD Deluxe Edition of Keane's first album, Hopes And Fears, on 9th November 2009.

In addition to the original tracklisting, this album showcases previously un-released and rare material including early demo Into The Light, recordings from the band’s earliest Steve Lamacq and Jo Whiley radio sessions, the timeless B-side and fans' favourite, Snowed Under (from Somewhere Only We Know), and their debut self-released singles.
 
The sleevenotes have been penned by long-time supporter Steve Lamacq. In them, he describes the first time he saw them at the Bull and Gate in Kentish Town: “There were only three of them but they sounded huge. They were independent of mind but definitely accessible”.

The Deluxe Edition is available to pre-order now from the Keane official store, alongside bundles containing a new T-shirt featuring the classic CP70 print. We are also pleased to offer a very limited edition deluxe bundle, featuring the album, the T-shirt and a Hopes And Fears CP70 art print, signed by the band. Only 150 of these prints were made.

 Yes! Finally a lot of tracks we wanted in proper quality are getting released! I guess this is a follow-up to that Retrospective EP we've had, in some way? This will be the third version I'll buy of this album, now it's just a shame there isn't a DVD with it with a documentary about making the album or reflecting the album now, 5 years later or something. But absolutely brilliant, can't wait for it. I think it's especially cool that they're rereleasing their Zoomorphic singles officially. Can't wait to hear these songs in perfect quality after it's been so long.

 Yay!  I'm really looking forward to getting all those early tracks "properly"

  Please helppppppp. i wanna order deluxe edition but i never ordered t shirts before.can anybody help me with the ladies t shirt sizes.measurements are there but i cant make sense of them.are they usually small or big.it says chest is 38.5 for small.isnt this huge i dont understand.please help!!!

What's your usual size? I think my Soldier one was 36" and it was a small one. 38.5" would be the equivalent to a size M, I guess . Hope it helps
