Re: Hopes And Fears Deluxe Edition

I think the t shirts are on the small size. I got the 'clouds' one with the PS tour tickets in a large size, and it only just fits, and I am a size 14/16, I would say it was more a medium. It might be better to order a mens size. I think that's what I will do in the future. Not sure if I'll get this one though.

You can't....according to the award site...it's done by a panel of jury members...therefore we have no say in who the winner is Sad

if you click on the link >>>> http://www.ukmva.com/

and then look at the end of the awards bit...it explains it there.

I still need to get my hands on some 3D glasses.   Or somehow make my own.  I read some online directions and they went *whoooosh* over my head.  I'm not the sharpest tool in the box at times.

Well, if you go to a 3D movie anytime soon, just save the glasses they hand you.  That's what I did.

    Or follow Keane's direction ;)  : http://www.keanemusic.com/data/image/3d.jpg

Or you can do it like this:

Paolo Nutini is good but Beyonce is not bad as a pop singer/performer. I think at least Kanye West agrees with me. Stick out tongue

    ksolalinde:
Shouldn't there be a special thread for the fan videos? I don't think they'll post all of them on the main page. How are we gonna notice the new videos?

There's two threads. Can mods merge them together?

    Photoblog Spain

    Barcelona / Tuesday / 2030

about to head down for the show, but time to post a few pics from soundcheck. the gig is in a disused factory, and it's a bit battered to say the least. looks great though! it's gonna be hot...

i have no idea what this is, but it reminded me of the madrid show we did on UTIS

    EDIT:

    Barcelona / Wednesday / 1100

just a couple of pics from last night... can you see yourself?

That room makes me want to go in and repaint it/redecorate. :P  I commend the guys for being able to focus on playing any instruments in there.  My anal self would be on the piano one minute and looking for a paint can the next. :P

Actually that must have been the backstage. The place was an very old factory, and it's going to be demolished. Outside it looked quite abandoned, but they placed lights and banners outside and it was quite funky, the security staff were dressed in elegant suits, there were waitresses dressed as eighties girls, large screens all around, free drinks for everyone... It was cool. The only big issue was actually the number of pillars in the middle of the stage and the rest of the venue. Oh, and it was larger than it seems because the stage was not centered, so it seems small, but there was even a bar to the right side of the stage (as seen by the audience, on the wall opposite to those screens).

It wasn't the best setting ever (and probably not the most comfortable one for the boys), but it was... original, I guess.
