Yes, indeed. I got the shakes at work today because someone had brought in biccies and sweets and I had too much sugar and then crashed. Too much of anything is no good, it's all about balance.  I would like to take the opportunity to say that the aero illustrated by some kind person was much bigger than the ones I was talking about. Mine were from a multi pack and about 165 cals each, not the bigger ones and definitely not the family bars! Damn! 

Carmen congratulations on your gig tickets. I hope you have an amazing time, I'm so jealous.

 I'm really not liking this living alone malarcky. I dont know what to do with myself. I've hoovered the lounge, I've finished my book, there's nothing on telly, I'm bored. Think I'll go and have a peddle on my exercise bike and see where that takes me.....

Awwwwww what a night ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

I'll never forget this last show of the PS era. It was so emotional for me. I must admit  I'm a little bit worried because I don't know people's reaction, but 'bilbaínos' (people from Bilbao) where as noisy, and crazy as usual .....

I've invited some friends to the gig, and althought they like Keane's music, they haven't seen them live. They finished the gig completely surprised and happy because the show was amazing, awesome....I have no words to describe how I felt. During Bedshaped, the last song, I was paralyzed and had my eyes full of tears....thinking that I probably couldn't see Keane for a long time.

I have made a review on the live section and put some pics, the best ones because my camera is a crap .....

But the best came the following day. I met Richard next to Guggenheim Museum. He was so impressed by Frank Lloyd Wright exhibition that he came back to visit again. We had a nice chat about the exhibition itself and  new architecture of Bilbao. I asked for a pic because the one I took during rehersals I have my eyes closed . He was as kind as usual, looking for the best angle. I felt  so happy that I asked for a hug, and it was so warm and sweet, that I only could say: Thanks for coming to Bilbao ¡¡¡¡¡ (I had to control myself and try to avoid crying )

Congratulations Carmen! I'm so glad you had a good time and you even got to talk with Richard. That must have been really nice to talk about Frank Lloyd Wright. He was so brilliant.

Well, I have a confession. I stopped working out this week. I will pick it up on Monday though. I've been so busy. I trying to figure out how to fit it into my schedule. However, I have lost two inches from my waist. So, I'm happy about that.

I've just read back a few pages and laughed at your comment Gill, 'you are so wise'.  hahaha!  It reminded me of Will Farrell's comment to his dog in Anchorman, "you're so wise, you're like a miniature Budha covered in hair"!  Quick disclaimer needed - I do not look like a hairy Budha!

Just think of it as having a break, Jess!  Losing bits from your waist is a good job!  Well done on the progress so far. x

I think he is sticking the microphone in his eye. But who knows. Maybe he took too much cough syrup and fell asleep.
