I ordered the single two days ago with Sandbag. I immediately got a confirmation by email and yesterday another email saying they will send out the single on Friday to enable me getting it on the day of its release (not sure if that's going to work out seeing it has to be delivered to Switzerland).
And not today I get this email... now that's what I call customer service. You're kept informed about your order, they include contact phone numbers that actually work from wherever you call (the one that was listed on my confirmation email from Trinity St. was only for UK callers, not for people calling from abroad, although they knew from my address I was not living in the UK).
This quick message is to confirm that the order you recently made with the Keane online store has now been shipped to you.
