Tuesday afternoon, I wrote a note to Sandbag.  The very next morning, I received a message back from them.  I applaud them and I am so happy that they are back!!  DO YOU HEAR ME KEANE?  Do not leave them again! That is proper customer service.

I second that too. I for one hope to god that Sandbag is with us for a long time or at least for as long as keane are together anyway. Trinity are just a distant memory........

5 days from order to delivery in tip top shape... efficient, professional service!! I'm so glad they're back.

I think the only problem we really had with Sandbag before was, that their servers usually crashed when concert tickets went on sale. I hope they're up to that task now too.

 Just ordered BTT. And unlike in november 2007 (when after begging my dad to give me a Keane shirt as a birthday present, realised I couldn't pay with a mexican credit card) everything went on smoothly. It's nice to have Sandbag running up and nicely :) Let's see how long until the 7" gets home.

The 7" came in to my house yesterday, which means it took only 1 week for the delivery. Not bad at all!

I tried the 3D glasses to see the test pic on KM com, but it's not 3D...I think it's my eyes which have a problem...;/

Maybe it is not  your eyes or the glasses but the picture on km.com.  That might not be working correctly.

Maybe it is not  your eyes or the glasses but the picture on km.com.  That might not be working correctly.

The news is that there are currently no plans to make it available outside the UK...but the question has now been rasied so you never know

I agree with everything that has been said about Sandbag - I'm so happy that they are back! I received my BTT single in TWO days (I live in Finland), I could hardly believe that. Having researched customer service on my thesis and read a lot about the subject, I can only say that Sandbag are a perfect example of excellent customer service. Not that you needed to be an expert on the subject to realise that though They better be back for good! 

Having said all that, I need to stay away from the shop though or else I'll end up being even more broke than I already am.

 I've ordered a tour book and a UTIs horses shirt. They were lovely and fast, it was here within 5 days(including weekend), i received the packtoday, but i got two XL sized H&F T-shirts. poor guy who has my stuff! :(
But i'm sending it back and I hope they deliver the right stuff for me...

Why does the Track Jacket still have the Medium size showing when it's clear they don't have any in stock, surely the best thing to do is to remove that size so people don't keep assuming they have it. Ok that's my daily rant out of the way.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I ordered one of the H&F XL shirts they currently have in stock and I recieved it over the weekend.  It is different than what is shown on the site.  What I recieved is the later version of the shirt with the words "Hopes and Fears" omited.  It just says "Keane" on it, and it's blank on the backside.  It's also cut a bit small.  I also ordered the PS tour shirt and it fits fine.  I was a bit disapointed actually, but Keane items are so rare where I live that I want to keep it anyway.

I think it's about time they removed all the items that they know are NOT going to be back in stock as it's misleading to us who want to buy them thinking that they are still in stock just cos they still appear on the keane shop, i mean i want another track jacket but even though it still shows up on the site, it's very clear they have none in stock for the medium so why don't they either delete the medium word and replace it with OUT OF STOCK that way people will know not to add it to the cart to try and buy it.
