i just wanna stand up for sandbag,s i have never had any order go astray or not arrive. they have arrived when they say they should. i must admit that sometimes the packaging is a little odd but then that what ya get for being an independent supplier i guess. i think it may be other countries that are having the big problems, for that i have no idea why....if anyone does have problems,i am willing to purchase and post the things for you....just PM with your details. and no i wont tell ANYONE your details either. i will delete your pm as soon as i get it. but only PM if you really really want to use me as a middle man kinda thing lol Stick out tongue

Don't get me worng, i also think the problem is my local post office because i did receive some packages. Maybe if they send the items by private mailing like Fedex or something i would get all of them =/

Sad both my husband and me, today had problems in logging in Keane official store.
I don't know if we have to create a new account, that's ok with me...but my husband placed an order few weeks ago, he would like to check the status but he can't.

When we try to log in we get this message:
Your login details did not match any existing account on the store Either no account exists or you have typed in the wrong passsword. Either click here to register for the store before purchasing OR If you have forgotton your password, Just enter your email address below and click on "send me my password" Your password will be sent to your registered email address.

If we ask for our password we get this message:
Sorry, there is no one in our database with the email address : [my e_mail address]@libero.it. You will need to register with the shop before using this service.

I already send an e_mail to sandbag but I don't know if or when they are going to answer...Do you know anything about this matter??

    Simona

In my case they packed and mailed me the wrong one. :l

Regarding your suggestion, direct couriers like FedEx are expensive.

I must say, probably becuse I live in the UK, I've never had a problem with deliveries from Sandbag. I ordered the pillowcases on Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered today (Friday). Pretty darned quick in my opinion.

I'm getting old and I need something to rely on

Tongue Tied [:S] Re: Keane Shop - Powered by Sandbag

Are the sizes for the ladies Fair Trade T Shirts still tiny ones (8 and 10)?  I'm sure they have changed the wording now as they just say small and medium with this rather strange info underneath. Does anybody understand what on earth this sizing means in relation to ladies sizes????

    ''Small: Body Length - 64.5 | Chest Front : 60.5 | Chest Back : 59.5
    Medium: Body Length - 65.5 | Chest Front : 63 | Chest Back : 62''

i would just like 2 ask if others have the same problem as me wih the sizes of the t shirts. iv used sandbag with keane clothes and frankmusik. all the t shirts i have ordered in large and they hav all varied amazingly!!!!!! they r tiny!!!! and r certainly not large. i no take that fans r having the same problems with their t shirts! do bands just want tiny people advertising their products? this is not on as i am a fan, have money and am not impressed with the quality at all!! i swear some of the t shirts r 4 children!!!! they shud all b consistently sized and realistically sized!!!!! not everyone wears size 9 year old t shirts. i dont hav these problems in the shops!!! pls look in2 this as i want 2 buy stuff and hav spent a lot already. apart from this the service is good, just the product is substandard. cheers

Yes, I don't understand what they mean either - I presume it's the measurement across the top of the T-shirt including the sleeves (otherwise they'd be almost a square-shape-!!)

If anyone has received one of these T-shirts - please could you measure the chest width underneath the sleeves and let us all know which ladies size they think would be the best fit for the small and medium sizes? I want to order one, but don't know which size to go for!

Am I the only who is having a trouble with Sandbag? I am not sure whether I am going to purchase anything from the site ever again.

    You're not the only one.

I ordered both the Perfect Symmetry and Under The Iron Sea LPs.  Long story short.  The PS LP had a huge scratch on it, almost the entire radius.  It still played, but considering it's supposed to be mint and I paid 23 bucks for it...  I emailed sandbag intending to exchange it.  After sending pics, etc, etc, I was told since it plays they cannot exchange it and it's probably a production error.  I emailed them, rather nicely I think, saying I wasn't happy about the situation, if it was a production error it should have been pulled / never sold and wanted at least a partial refund.  After more than a week now I haven't heard back.  I'm tempted to return it, even when it's been almost a month since I've had it, but I'm afraid I'll get nothing in return / be stuck with paying for postage...

I can't honestly say I'll never buy from them again, considering it's the only source for official merch, but I'm certainly not happy and will be very leery about buying from them again.

I'm sorry to say this but you are right. I haven't received refund of postage and haven't heard back anything from them for months since I've contacted them. For them it's a risk buyers should bear. And worse still, they have a poor quality control.

    Looks like I'm still angry.

Oddly...  I got an email from Sandbag this AM saying they took so long cause they were looking for a replacement for me...  I can exchange it, send it back and be refunded postage...

    Coincidence???

Either way, things are looking up.  Big Smile  Maybe I'll love them again and spend the 200 for the CDs and ugly shirt / poster.  Ok, maybe not.

I hope things work out in the end.  They didn't even refund you the money for the shirt?  Maybe try contacting them again?

Oh...it seems there are lots of problem with Sandbag...

I bought things from it... it was the pillowcases and Strangers DVD... Well, they packed it as the DVD was wrapped by the pillocases. =) So it's quite safe... After 21 days, really three weeks, they arrived. I was satisfied that they can get to China safely!  Most are thanks to the pillowcases. The whole was just simply packed in a soft plastic bag!

Anyone bought CD? I wonder if it would be broken, only a CD there...
